    Adut Akech Valentino Bow Dress Framed Print with Matting

    The Adut Akech Valentino Bow Dress Framed Print with Matting is the third piece in the mixed-media series inspired by the Spring 2019 Valentino Couture collection and runway show. This runway presentation championed diverse beauty in the high fashion realm. 

    Featured on the Adut Akech Valentino Bow Dress Framed Print with Matting is Adut Akech modeling a beautiful, intricate, cocoon-like dress with a bow detail at the waist. I was inspired to recreate this piece because of how the unique folds and creases of the dress appeared almost like flowers. On my original painting, I incorporated a real satin ribbon at the waist to create that mixed-media quality. I love how the natural highlights and shadows of the actual ribbon are still visible in the printed versions.

    Available in seven different color options, the Adut Akech Valentino Bow Dress framed print with matting will make a great decoration in any home! It features a white mat board and hanging hardware on the back.
