Your item can qualify for a return if it was delivered to you defective or damaged. Items which qualify for a return are eligible for a full refund of the cost of the item plus the return shipping costs. 

Please reach out regarding a return within 14 days of receiving said item. Defective/damaged items must be returned to Jurnfern Art within 30 days of delivery.
